What’s new on SoulCams v2?

Simplified account login process

Customers, Models, Studios can log in at the same interface (login URL). Also, from now on, you can log in by adding your registered email address instead of your username.

Improved security with 2FA

You can keep your account more secure with two-factor authentication (2FA). It is an identity and access management security method that requires two forms of identification to access your account: a password you chose and a verification code generated by an authentication app on your phone. 

New streaming dashboard

We have fully reworked the streaming dashboard interface. It now has a slick, modern and user-friendly layout with the features and functions to make your work more smooth and easy. Streaming from the browser also got better and more stable.

New private show system

There are two different private show types: Group private and 1on1 private. In a Group private more users can join the show at a time and they will have a common chat interface to interact with you. The main change is that an unlimited number of viewers can join a Group Private session. The 1on1 private still will allow only one member to join. It is important to mention that Cam2cam is only available for members in 1on1 private shows.

Minimum Private show duration

You also can set a minimum time for both private types. This allows models to set the minimum time a viewer must spend in a private show, both for Group private and 1on1. 

Updated content center

You can upload and manage all your content (free and premium) in one menu in the new content center:  profile image, cover photo, free and premium image albums, videos. You can also make free or paid posts, including one photo or video.

Enhanced internal-messaging system (IMS)

You can keep contact with your fans using our brand new messaging system. It is also possible to send mass messages to multiple users at a time. Members can also send tips using this interface.

Upgraded Earnings menu

We have improved the earnings report menu and you can view and analyze your income based on several criteria like income by earning type or viewers.

New payout option: Yoursafe

You can receive your earnings directly into your Yoursafe account from SoulCams.

Yoursafe offers a basic payment account with IBAN issued from the Netherlands. Your IBAN is trusted worldwide and can be used to send and receive payments globally. Yoursafe offers both an E-wallet and a debit card to be used at ATMs and POS. With Yoursafe, the available payout methods are SEPA, wire transfer, ACH and US check.

New alternative billing processor for Customers: SegPay

SegPay has been a global leader in online payment processing since 2005. With this new alternative billing processor company there will be a wider range of token purchase options, including PayPal and we also expect a higher volume of successful transactions.

New and improved knowledge base

It is time to say goodbye to the old, outdated SoulCams Wiki. The new knowledge base sports a modern look, easier navigation and improved search. You can also rate an article if it was useful or not or even comment on it. The new knowledge base can be accessed at https://help.soulcams.com/ 

Features planned but not yet implemented:

• Localization: besides English, SoulCams will be translated to and available in major languages, including Spanish, French and German.
• Cam2Cam: cam2cam interaction with members in 1on1 private show.
• OBS: option to broadcast using OBS software
• Commenting on models’ profile and rating private shows
• Model contests
• Following and Followers: to see a list of favorites both for models and members
• Member Notes: the option to write notes about members
• Membership levels for Members: setting up different membership levels based on purchase, performance and activity
• Badges for Members and Models: specific badges that models and members can achieve based on different performances such as birthday badge, model of the day, the longest private show, the member with the most tips sent, and so on.
• Fan club: the Fan club gets a complete revamp with new features
