I am banned from a room. Why?

Models are free to ban anyone they choose from entering their room, and it can happen for countless reasons. If you’re banned from viewing a model’s room and are certain it happened by accident and not because of your behavior, please reach out to us at support@soulcams.com, and we will investigate the issue.
