Are the tokens with the same values for all income types?

Tokens earned give you value based on referral statuses and not based on content types. So no matter how your referred member spends tokens on you, each of those tokens will be worth 0.07$. Following the same logic every token earned after normal members who were not referred by you will be worth 0.05$. Tokens directly from contest rewards will always be worth 0.05$.
