You have the option to ban the user from accessing your room. Alternatively, you can contact Support and we will handle it for you.
Troll users
Each site has troll users, SoulCams does too. An internet troll is someone who tries to disrupt, attack, offend or generally cause trouble within the community.
Trolls often bother new performers on SoulCams who might not be aware of the site rules yet or not sure yet how the site works so they can be misled easily.

What’s the aim of trolls?
- they want attention
- cause trouble for the models and the site while staying anonymous
- making fool of performers by deceiving them, especially the new performers
How to handle trolls?
- ‘Don’t feed the Troll’: if you notice you have a troll in your room, avoid reacting angrily and showing signs of being offended. This is what trolls’ aim is: to make you pissed off. As soon as they notice your lack of attention, they will leave, so it is best if you simply ignore them.
- Report the case to support: any time you suspect you have a troll in your room, report it to us at [email protected] so we can investigate it and act accordingly.
Note: you may kick or ban a troll from your room, however note that trolls usually will come back with a different IP using a proxy, so this is why it is better to report them to us.
Popular troll methods on SoulCams – How to recognize trolls
First of all please make sure to read how SoulCams works, if you do so you will easily understand the site and you will notice immediately if a troll user wants to deceive you.
Asking for ‘PM’
If you would like to talk with a user separately in free chat then you can invite him to free private conversation (PM) . This means that you are still in free chat but your conversation will be separated from the main free chat, so nobody else will see what you type to each other with the invited user, so this will be a 1-on-1 chat. This is a great way for models to get to know customers better and it is a unique feature of SoulCams.
As troll users like to get special attention, they often ask for ‘PM (=private message)’ or ‘Invite’. In the main free chat other users can recognize troll users and help you, this is what troll users want to avoid, they want to talk to you separately so nobody else could interrupt.

Pretending to be a site Admin
Troll users often pretend to be site admins and ask such things a real Admin would never ask.
Please note the followings:
SoulCams Support will NEVER:
- go to free chat and write there
- ask you to invite to private conversation
- ask to pose for a picture or show any sexual content or performance
SoulCams Support will ALWAYS
- write with light blue colour
- go directly to private session (with sound ‘yeeehah!’)
Pretending to be a paying member – Sending fake tips
Trolls often try to mislead you by pretending to send you tips. They type in chat that they sent you a tip.

A real tip / virtual gift will:
- perform an animation
- perform a sound
- immediately appear in your statistics as an income
