If you have issues with going online or your stream quality is bad, please follow these step. If the situation does not change, please Contact Support.
- First of all, please make sure that your technical background meets the requirements. Read more of it here: What is the recommended technical setup for broadcasting?
- Google Chrome, Opera or Mozilla Firefox browsers are recommended. Check any of the browsers to see if you experience the same.

- Download link for Mozilla Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
- Please make sure to broadcast from a desktop PC / laptop and not from a mobile device.
- Go online in incognito mode (private browsing) and check out if the same happens:

- Google Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS)
- Opera: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS)
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P or Command-Shift-P (macOS)
- Make sure to choose the proper camera in the Settings panel at ‘Camera devices’. If you use a splitter, choose that one, if you are online with the cam directly, choose the camera brand.
- Ad Blockers has to be turned off : if you use any ad blocker in your browser, turn it off)
- If you use an anti-virus software/firewall, check out if it allows SoulCams to use your camera/microphone.
- Make sure that your PC/laptop is not overloaded, close all unnecessary sites, programs before going online
- If you use wifi, please change to cable connection. It is always more stable.
