My card is ‘Declined by the Bank’. Why is that?

Card transactions can be declined for several reasons. Here’s why it might happen and what you can do:

Incorrect Card Details:

  • Make sure your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address are correct.
  • Check that the CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK keys are not on.

Not Enough Funds:

  • Ensure you have enough money in your account.

Bank Policies and Limits:

  • Your card might have limits on daily transactions or online/international purchases.
  • Banks may block unusual transactions or those flagged as suspicious.
  • Using a proxy or VPN can cause issues.

Address and Security Issues:

  • Ensure your address and postal code match what the bank has on file.
  • Incorrect CVV codes or expiry dates can cause declines.

How to Fix It:

  • Check Details: Double-check all card information.
  • Contact Your Bank: Ask your bank why the transaction was declined, ask your bank to enable transactions from “FLS Media EU Germany”
  • Try Again: If there’s a daily limit, wait and try the next day.
  • Use Another Payment Method: Try a different card or another payment option.
  • Customer Support: Contact us for help. Provide your member username / registered email address and details.
  • If none of the above methods resolve the issue, please contact us at support@soulcams.com.
