FAQ for Studios migrated from the old version of SoulCams

The studio account structure and how studios can register their new models have changed significantly on the new version of SoulCams. This FAQ has been made to explain these changes and guide on how to do the basic studio tasks. If you have any questions not answered in this FAQ, please contact us here and we will assist you gladly.

  • I would like to access my studio account at the old site for specific reasons. How can I do that?

    The old site is available for some time at the following link: https://studio.soulcams.com/studiologin/ Please note that whatever change you make on your studio account at the old site, that will not take effect on your studio account. If you would like to do any changes or for example check your models’ income starting from 27 February, 2025, use the new site to log in: https://www.soulcams.com/

  • At the old site, studios had a unique login URL to log in. Where can I log into my studio account at the new site?

    On the new version of SoulCams, all user types log in at the same login interface. Please just open https://www.soulcams.com/ and at the top right corner of the page click on ‘Log in’. Use your old credentials (username and password) to log into your studio account. Alternatively, you can use your registered studio email address instead of the studio username, to log in.

  • Where can I see a list of my models?

    In your account, click on the drop-down menu and then on ‘My studio’ and ‘My models’: https://www.soulcams.com/en/studio/my-models

  • On the old SoulCams website, I used to have more registered models. Where did the other models disappear?

    We migrated only those models to the new site who were online after 1 January, 2023. Models who did not come online at all after 1 January, 2023 were not migrated

  • My studio had a pending earning balance on the old site. What happened to that?

    Any pending balance on your account has been transferred to the new account with description: ‘Carry over’ at 27 February, 2025. You can find it in your studio account at menu ‘My earnings’ after selecting a date where feb 27 is included: https://www.soulcams.com/en/statistics

  • How can I register new models?

    Compared to the old site, you do not register new models directly from your studio account. You as a studio have a unique model invite link. You need to use that link to register new models. As soon as the registration is made, you can see the model account status in your studio account at My studio / My models menu: https://www.soulcams.com/en/studio/my-models (model status column).   • How do I know if a model signed up under my studio?
  • My models referred members on the old site. Were they migrated to the new site? Do they stay referred on the new site also?

    Only those members were migrated to the new site who logged into their accounts after 1 January, 2024; were in ‘open’ status (so excluding those with closed status upon request and so on) and had at least one transaction since 1 January, 2024. If there were members referred by your models on the old site, the extra referral % is still due on the new version of SoulCams. Models will be able to see the list of their referred members in their account at ‘Referral’ menu. Also, the detailed My earnings menu has a column with name ‘Referred’ where you can see if the income is from a referred member or not.

  • How can I check the earnings for all of my models?
  • How can I view the earnings for a specific model?
  • Each of your studio model has a unique member referral URL. They need to use that unique member referral URL to invite members to SoulCams. They can find their referral link in their account at menu ‘Referral’.   • Where can I see and set my studio payout information?

    We have not migrated any payout-related information from your old account to the new one. Please set it again and make sure that all details are accurate. You can provide all your payout-related information in your studio account at menu: ‘Settings’ / Payout: https://www.soulcams.com/en/settings/payout Please provide your payment method, desired payout limit and currency and your billing details. If any of these misses, we are unable to issue payouts.
